From opencarry.org- Oregon is a traditional open carry state. However, their preemption statute only covers concealed handgun license holders from city or county passed bans against loaded firearms in public places. To our knowledge, only the cities of Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Oregon City, Salem, and Independence have passed loaded firearms bans encompassing all public places, and other cities have passed bans specific to Parks. Also, all "public buildings" are also off limits throughout the entire state unless you have a concealed handgun license.
Congress has not issued any nationwide federal smoking bans for any locations. All smoking bans are due to local or state ordinances. 28 states have statewide bans on smoking in all enclosed public places and 10 have no ban on any non-government owned locations. One reason why schools are targeted is because of the toxic properties of second hand smoke and the age of the students.
no state bans pit bulls. There are cities and counties in almost every state that do ban them or require permits for them. Denver, Colorado for example bans pit bulls, but the state of Colorado does not. It all depends on the city and/or county.
Amber Supko In 1963 there started to be some people against the Lord's Prayer in public schools. Stew731 The U. S. Supreme Court issued two bans. One in 1962 and the second in 1963. Both bans were the result of lawsuits against the teaching of religion and religious practices in public schools. Basically stating that organized prayer in schools was a violation of the separation of church and state. It was decided that publicly funded schools were an extension of the state, and that organized prayer or Bible readings were a form of proselytizing. The bans not only banned mandatory prayer in schools but also banned the daily reading of bible passages. The lawsuits were supported by several organizations but the most outspoken supporter for banning prayer in schools came from Madalyn Murray O'Hair, the founder of American Atheists, Inc.
None. As of 2011, there is no regulation that bans gay people from serving in the U.S. Military. You are probably thinking of Don't Ask Don't Tell (DADT) which was in force from 1993 to 2011.

I googled it and found out that to keep up with demand they are made in both china and Italy. But most people prefer italy :) I hope I answered your question.
