Im not a 100% sure, but I had the same question on my geography homework today, I think its the Caribbean, Bering, Beaufort, and Labrador sea. It may also include the North sea, but Im not sure. :)

Oregon. One would think that California, Washington and Alaska would too. But, Alaska borders the Bering Sea not the Pacific Ocean. And California and Washington both have borders that snake back and border smaller inlets.
