Well, a set of latitude/longitude coordinates describes one single point, so it's

not actually possible for a whole state to be right exactly there.

That particular point is in Baxter State Park, about 1.7 miles southeast of the

summit of Center Mountain, in north central Maine.

Any other point in Maine, or for that matter any other point in Baxter State Park,

is going to have different coordinates.
