Ice at 25oC can NOT exist because it is far above freezing/melting temperature.

For example, at atmospheric pressure and 25 degrees Celsius, water exists in its liquid state.

Ice is the solid state of water, freezing at 0 degrees Celsius at normal pressure.

However, to identify the state of ice (or water), one needs to know both the temperature and the pressure. With those two 'coordinates' one can use an equilibrium diagram to look up the answer. (cf. 'Related links)
