An ultra-libertarian is most likely a person who may agree with 100% of all the libertarian views and does not believe in anything else. Also, they may have other idealogies along side that such as anacho-capitalism; this means very little or no government intervention with in economics and market capitlaism what so ever. Overall, it is a libertarian minded person that truly believes in it and nothing more. This answer is my personal guess, but I hoped that this has helped.

Andrew Carnegie would most likely agree with the statement that wealth should be used to benefit society, and that the rich have a responsibility to give back to their communities through philanthropy and charitable giving. Carnegie himself advocated for the concept of "the Gospel of Wealth," which promoted the idea that the wealthy should use their riches to improve the well-being of others.
I agree with this statement most wholeheartedly, and agree to it's use in public circles or the media.
