Unless you live in Washington or Colorado, recreational marijuana is illegal. It doesn't matter where or when you take it, it is not legal to consume marijuana in the United States (outside of those 2 states.)
Not a single one. States can only decriminalize it, meaning they opt not to prosecute for marijuana use or possession within a defined set of circumstances. Washington and Colorado are the states which have decriminalized it for recreational use.

Marijuana is currently legal for recreational use in India with a government issued license.
In the U.S. recreational use of marijuana is illegal in all 50 states. However in a few states, it can be sold for medical purposes such as recovering from an accident or injury, glaucoma, or even cancer. California is voting for the legalization of the recreational use of marijuana in November of 2010. In other countries the laws of marijuana are vastly different. For example, in North Korea the use of marijuana is punishable by death, but in the Netherlands it is just as legal as cigarettes and alcohol. If you are going to sell weed illegally, I would suggest knowing your clients, and your dealer (when people get busted, they will gladly rat you out for a lesser sentence if they don't know you) .
Yes, recreational marijuana use is legal in Seattle and the state of Washington for individuals aged 21 and older. However, consumption is restricted to designated areas, and driving under the influence of marijuana is illegal.
You can't! Not LEGALLY right now anyway!
Since the late 20th century, there has been a growing movement in the United States to legalize marijuana. In 1996 California made news as the first U.S. state to approve the decriminalization of pot for medical use, and medical marijuana was later allowed in other states. Then in 2012 Washington and Colorado passed ballot initiatives to legalize recreational marijuana. By 2019 more than 30 U.S. states permitted some marijuana use—though it remained unlawful at the federal level. This raises the question, why was marijuana ever illegal?
It is in Colorado, Washington, North Korea, and the Netherlands. If you dont live in these places, then no.
