What I know is that Mermaid Melody may or may not come, but if it does, it is rumored to be on Cartoon Network, and that is the only channel I've heard it will be on. There are also rumors that it will either show in America on December 9th, 2009, or December 14th. December 14th is the one most expected! I abosolutely LOVE Mermaid Melody, and even if it stinks when it comes to America, it warms my heart that that wonderful show is coming to America!
