Depends on what store and how big the bag is. Like, for instance, at my local grocery store, a medium sized bag of frozen fries range from $3-7 dollars. Which is truly ridiculous.
No. Four year old french fries will stil not mold, however cut fries from a normal potatoe from a grocery store and within 3 months, it'll be black. Youtube it, the burgers don't even mold, they just get hard. lol
You can either get it from Best Buy, or Electronic Fries and if you can't find it you can either find it at any store that sells electronic stuff.
