I'm not certain what you mean by "structure;" perhaps you mean "substance." In my experience, any kind of treatment or shampoo containing keratin does wonders. Keep in mind, the hair and nails are made of keratin; so it stands to reason that replenishing or coating them with the same strengthens them. I have heat-treated hair and use a keratin shampoo, and my hair is shiny, healthy and strong.
