All cells ARE NOT the same shape. Cells can be of diverse structures.
Microtubules are the primary structures in the cytoskeleton of eukaryotic cells. They provide shape and support to the cell, allow for intracellular transport, and are involved in processes such as cell division and cell motility.

The cell wall
The threadlike structures that provide support and shape for cells are called cytoskeleton. The cytoskeleton consists of protein filaments, such as microtubules, actin filaments, and intermediate filaments, which give the cells their structural integrity and help in cell movement and division.
Three cytoskeletal structures that help support cells are microtubules, actin filaments (microfilaments), and intermediate filaments. Larger cells may have more organelles to support specialized functions, while certain shapes (such as elongated nerve cells) are optimized for efficient signal transmission. All cells only have two structures in common, a Cell Membrance and Cytoplasm. However, there are some structures that are only in plant cells and only in animal cells. Chloroplasts and cell walls are a characteristic of plant cells and some other unicellular organisms. Also some cells do NOT have a nucleus and these are called prokaryotic cells.
