There are no objective laws in the social sciences and it is a bizarre claim that there is an unchanging human nature that, if understood properly, could give us the key to provide explanations for or make predictions about social phenomena. It is important to underline that the phenomena mentioned here is not one that is perceived through senses but is one that is perceived through a subjectively oriented mind.
