Basically In 2011, we have to do english, science, maths, physical education and religious education. these subjects are compulsery. I think you have to choose 4 subjects as your options. if you want to go to university (this is the new rules) you must do a language and history or geography. then i think you have t choose 2 other subjects which i am confused about?

It depends on which school you attend. Some schools only give you a certain number of subjects to choose from.
The Academic Advising program offered after the placement test is where you choose your classes for your fall semester of your first year. If you don't go, you are essentially putting the choice of classes in dean's hands, including not only the subjects but the schedule. Want to wake up every day at 7am for your 8am classes, then don't go to the advising program.
