Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) is detectable in a urine screen for many days after the medication has last been ingested. The drug screen must include a test for the HCTZ for it to be detected. This test is commonly included in drug screens as some people will use HCTZ in an attempt to flush illegal substances from their system. HCTZ is a prescription drug, although, it is not a "controlled substance."
No, you cannot fail a drug test from getting a tattoo. Drug tests typically screen for specific substances in your bloodstream or urine, such as alcohol, marijuana, or other drugs, and tattoo ink does not contain these substances. However, if the ink used has unregulated ingredients or if you have an allergic reaction, it may cause other health issues, but it won't affect drug test results.
In a routine drug screen test, you are tested for herpes.

Can this be found in drug test
No
Depends on the instant drug screen. You can get them that only test for a single drug, that test just for weed and cocaine, that test for five or ten different drugs...if you buy a whole batch of them you can get them to make them test for any specific combination of drugs you want.
