All brand new suits will come with extra buttons. They will be in a pouch usually in the pocket or will be sewed to the inside of the jacket.
So if you loose one of the buttons you can sew a new matching one one.
Double-breasted suits have two columns of buttons, while single-breasted suits have a single column of buttons. With a double-breasted suit, one column of buttons fastens the two overlapping portions of the coat, while the other column of buttons is strictly decorative and nonfunctional.
The number of buttons on the sleeve of a suit has been historically indicative of the function and formality of the suit. More buttons equates to more formal. There are usually the same number of buttons on the sleeve as on the front of the jacket.
My 2008 CTS didn't come with a spare tire. Not sure why?

The 1994 Wrangler DOES come stock with a spare tire mounted on the back.
No they do not have a spare. They come standard with Goodyear run flat tires.
All suits will come with a warranty to guarantee their quality. Usually it's a lifetime warranty for quality items.
The suspenders that go best with suits should of course be the same color or similar to the suit, be the silk type, and most of the time they have holes for buttons and not the clips that other suspenders have.
