Fat, or adipose tissue, as it is called in the body, does not really belong to any particular system. Since the lymphatic system is the one that distributes fat in our bodies, that would probably be the one to consider.
Fat doesn't belong to a system. It is a connective tissue but it is stored all over the body, including around some organs and within the marrow of the bones.

The thorax is not part of a system. It is a whole region of the body, containing parts of several different systems. For example, in humans the thorax contains the heart, the stomach, and the lungs, which all belong to different systems.
The vena cava is the biggest artery in the body that is attached to the heart, so i would say the cardiovascular system.
