Sounds like a superstition.
Complex carbs give you long lasting energy, and simple carbs gives you a burst of energy, followed by a crash, and if you don't use up the calories, it is stored as fat, and fat is a good insulator, actually.
This depends entirely on the efficiency of the lamp. Tungsten lamps tend to give off more heat than light, whereas LED technology give off more light than heat. By the laws of thermodynamics the sum of the energy that comes out of the system must equal the sum of the energy that goes into the system. So: Energy in batteries = Total light energy produced + Total heat energy produced The efficiency therefore becomes the ratio between produced light energy and heat energy.
There are a few things that give you energy, but the most common are carbohydrates (sugars and starches primarily). Your body uses carbs, along with oxygen and converts them into ATP, CO2 and H2O. Then you discard the CO2 and H2O (in the forms of gases) and use the ATP as energy.
give three examples in each number system
It give off Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
Carbohydrates give you lots of energy to do exercise.
give you energy
Carbohydrates are essentially sugars - which give the body energy.
to give them energy
To give you energy.

Carbohydrates give humans energy. You have to be careful and eat a well balanced diet so that you are getting all of your energy.

Yes it gives you energy but not too much
