LLC (Limited Liability Company) is a type of business that's allowed by state statute. But LLC isn't recognized as a classification for federal tax purposes. This means that an LLC must file a tax return as a corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship.

An LLC with at least two members can choose to be classified as a corporation or as a partnership. If you choose corporation status, you must file Form 8832 (Entity Classification Election). You don't need to file Form 8832 if you're an LLC filing as a partnership. Corporations file Form 1120 (U.S. Corporation Income Tax Return). Partnerships file Form 1065 (U.S. Return of Partnership Income). Each partner's share of income, expenses, etc., is then entered on Schedule C (Profit or Loss from Businss).

For more information, go to the IRS Small Business screen at www.irs.gov/business/small. Select from the left column A-Z Index for Business to view/print the article, Limited Liability Company (LLC).

Home based income is by far one of the best ways to earn extra income and work for yourself. What can you do about your medical bills you cant pay them and you filed for bankruptcy in 2008 your husband is file on them now but they will still come after you?

Assuming these are medical bills incurred after your Chapter 7 filing and you received a discharge, and they are for medical services for you, not your husband, they will come after you. You should consider filing a chapter 13 to pay them off in whole or in part, depending on your income and expenses. If your husband has a bankruptcy lawyer, he should ask the lawyer. You may consult your own lawyer.

Where should you report mistress living with your husband?

The only possible place where you can report about a mistress living with your husband is your bedroom. Here you are missing your husband. Whose fault is this after all? You can't entertain your husband here. He has to go somewhere with a mistress. Please don't report to any external party. Solve this problem yourself. Your husband is after all your husband. The mistress is simply a mistress. I hope you understand the point.
