James Joyce: author of Ulysses, A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man and Finnegans Wake...a freakin' literary genius.
No one knows if there are any (we assume that there are because of the number of planets we've found in the local volume of space - but that's not a proof) much less what their names are.
As fast as you want it to be, or as fast as science-fiction writers have already defined it to be. Warp speed is ... how to put it delicately ... a made-up, pretend, invented, fictitious concept, dreamed up out of thin air to solve the problem in stories of having the Enterprise crew get old and die and have their series canceled long before their ship got to where they wanted to go, with no basis in reality.
They don't ...simple as that! It's made up by movie industries and fairy tale writers! The true basis for this myth was, that women would cry out a high pitched tone while quickly moving their tongue up and down, which gives it a kind of flickering sound. That's all! This same custom can be found in African peoples or Muslim countries.
Only you can come up with a good name! Book Titles come from the story, not from some anonymous person on the internet! Titles are not as important as some writers think, also - your title might change many times between your first write and your final draft!Think about your story - what is going on and who are the people involved? Do you mean stars in the sky or stars like celebrities?Check out the Related Questions for help with your book, too!

Here's a link to show you how writers do this.
The ability of writers to completely identify with their characters is essential for creating authentic and compelling stories. By deeply understanding their characters' thoughts, emotions, and motivations, writers can develop well-rounded and believable individuals that resonate with readers. This level of connection also allows writers to imbue their characters with complexity and depth, making them more relatable and engaging.
