You could obtain a butt augmentation implant (the same procedure which is used more commonly for breasts) although why you would want to, I cannot say.

No they do not. Too much food and insufficient exercise is the usual reason for a person having a "Big Butt". The solution to "fat butt syndrome" is obvious. Don't eat rubbish/snack/fast foods at all. Eat less (have smaller portions) and exercise (walk or run briskly/rapidly) more and more often.

It only makes your butt big. it is very high in carbohydrates so it will make a "large butt" if not working out or being active enough to work those "stored" carbs off... best of luck to you ... ....and your butt... !!!

It does matter what you eat because food nourishes your body. Just as it matters whether the gasoline you put in your car has water and mud in it, it matters what you eat. Junk food removes vitamins from your system; nutritious foods put it back. A person can live without exercise, but not without food. It may as well be good food.
If you want to increase your butt muscle, without surgery, then you are going to have to do some work outs - squats, stepping, running, and of course the clench!!
Fat can be burned fast with or without exercise equipment. Any exercise or equipment that makes you sweat and exercise individual muscles will reduce fat if a reasonable food diet is also maintained.
