The answer to that depends on the climate where you live. Escaped parakeets have been able to establish breeding populations in the wild in warm places, like Florida, California, and Hawaii. There are even wild-living monk parakeets in New York. But if you live in a cold place, or a place where it gets cold in winter, well, ... A parakeet has no instinct to migrate when food becomes scarce. All parakeets eventually die.
Yes, that is a suitable temperature for them. Watch their body language to tell if they are too hot or cold, though. You can place warmers in the cage if they are cold, and mist water on them if they are too hot.
Mostly warm probably about 60-80. Not to cold but no to hot. They are tropical so keep that in mind.
Acording to my fancy science book 15 000 000 degrees celsius! Its true, dont touch them, u will die :(
Around 70 to 85 degrees.

They can but i still think that the rat would attack the parakeet the parakeet would obviously poke its eyes out
If you need an unlock code for your Nokia 6070 phone,I would suggest you to get it from Unlocking4u.com at reasonable price.
They live outside (in nature) so I think ... 17-26 degrees is perfect for them. They need fresh air. But if parakeets used to (accustomed to) live in (room or something) with 25 and more degrees, immediately (quickly) changing the degrees in room can lead to disease and the parakeet can be sick.
it lives in the canopy
IN central and south america
Budgies are native to Australia
