The name for two or more elements bonded together is called a molecule.
There are several but blood sugar is one or monosaccharide is another.
Aluminum is not a diatomic molecule. As the term implies, a diatomic molecule is made up of only two elements which can either be the same or different.
I didn't recall that there was a term, it's just a group of atoms. A Molecule is a scientific term as it is.

This compound is a disacharride.
Monomers of any nutrient are bonded together through condensation or dehydration reactions. As the latter term describes, a molecule of water is formed and removed. One monomer provides a hydroxyl while the other provides a hydrogen.
Monosaccharide is another term that is used to describe the glucose molecules.
Ribose is indeed a pentose sugar. A ribose molecule has 5 carbons and this is what classifies it as a pentose. (Note, for comparison with the sugar found in DNA, that deoxyribose is also a pentose.)
