Heathrow... But it may be worth noting that Southampton has it's own Regional Airport. Airlines like Flybe and Air France fly there!
If you want to go to cornwall, you can either take a flybe plane from Edinburgh/Glasgow/Aberdeen to Exerter OR you can fly from Edinburgh straight to Newquay. Either way gets you from Scotland to Cornwall. Hope this information helps.
