U need to take either the SAT or ACT to get into a four year college. You only need to take what the highschool requires which is usually one or the other or sometimes both, and if the "reasoning test" is part of the SAT that they give then yes you do, however you do not need to take the SAT II which is for specialty areas.

What test can you take to prepare for the SAT Reasoning Test?

Go to a bookstore and find the testing section. There you will find a book/ study guide put out by the testing company and in the book you will find examples of the test and how to take the test. I am not a great test taker and when I took the GRE I used one of these book to prepare. I got the test scores I needed for my grad program, so I think these books do a pretty good job.
