Man made artificial toothbrushes are most often damaging to the teeth and even gums as well,added to this are the various ingredients in toothpastes. Soft and sooth powders and pastes are no doubt
good. but brushes technology is yet to be evolved for use in individuals of different age groups .Bristles of the brushes howsoever thin and soft can not ensure cleanliness damage preventing ,The pulps of the fingers and the nails there on are good tools for teeth cleaning,though it appears odd for the modern society.,but is a very safe method for minimizing the dental trauma.
