V class is one of the "classes" of tickets offered by Cathay Pacific Economy seats. The V class is the lowest economy class with eligibility to earn Asia Miles (Frequent Flier Miles with Cathay). The order of classes (highest being the most costly) goes from Y, B, H, K, M, L, V. There are lower (and cheaper) classes after that but those do not earn any Asia Miles. Since the level of service in a given cabin doesn't depend on how much you pay for you, the general rule of thumb is try to buy the lowest class you can. However, what class are being sold is entirely depended on the availabilities offered by the airline. Some flights you can purchase a V class, and other flights you may not be able to.
Executives travelling by air have a choice in who they fly with. Competing business class services have led to improved service and amenities across airlines, making business class a better value than ever before. Cathay Pacific recently redesigned their business class cabin to accommodate fold-out beds, letting executives sleep restfully and wake up without jet lag. British Airways offers concierge services to help travelling executives meet all their needs while working abroad. Even Delta, one of the least preferred business class offerings, has partnered with foreign airlines to improve business class legroom and provide WiFi access to its entire business cabin.
