1. Eat a wide variety of different foods. 2. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables ( at least 5 portions a day). 3. Limit fatty foods - and change the type of fat you eat. 4. Eat less salt. 5. Eat more starchy foods especially wholemeal varieties.
A mixture of vegetables, fruit, chicken, egg, fish, low fat spreads, cheese, wholemeal bread, the occasional bacon and egg, or a treat of a small bar of chocolate, the occasional wine, beer or spirit, etc. Basically, moderation in the menu, don't over load the plate, don't snack between meals. Also, pure fruit juices, and if possible avoid too much processed foodstuff - though I do like tinned baked beans!

Exercise(dare to hav an appointment with yourself) a lot,have a sound sleep(nearly 7-8 hours),give yourself on a healthy eating!
Male: eating healthy and staying athletic Female: Malnutrition, over-exercise, or natural weight loss through illness.
The simply ways of eating heath are doing exercise, getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night, eat fruit and vestibules.
Because it was another great reason for wasting our tax dollars.

if you are refering to the us government it is because you have a shitload of fat people and that could cause the government to pump money into healthcare and nobody likes spending alot of money.
