JEE Mains Cutoff: If you are applying with a valid JEE Main score, LPU also accepts JEE Main ranks for admission. The cutoff is based on your JEE Main rank and the number of seats available. For highly sought-after branches like CSE or IT, the cutoff may be relatively higher. Typical JEE Mains Rank Cutoff: It varies year by year, but you generally need to have a rank in the range of 50,000 to 1,00,000 for top engineering branches.

Here are some other things to know about LPU's engineering programs:

A 5% relaxation is available for candidates from the North-East states and Sikkim, Defence Personnel and their Dependents, and Wards of Kashmiri Migrants 

For the B.Tech Biomedical Engineering course, there are scholarships available for students who meet certain criteria, such as scoring more than or equal to the Category A cut-off on the LPUNEST
