A physical change, for instance, is melting a solid chunk of ice in a pot. The ice is a solid, melts to a liquid when you supply energy (heat) to it, and when even more energy is supplied - will change to a gas (water vapor or steam). The components of water, H2O, do not change in any of these processes. They simply have very little(ice), or alot of energy(steam).
A chemical change, would change the chemical properties of that H2O molecule. For instance, when you place water in between a high voltage capacitor (two conductive plates spaced apart), this energy will strip the hydrogen from the H2O molecule and leave you with O2, and gaseous Hydrogen. This is a chemical change.
a physical change is reversible but a chemical change is irreversible
The diffence between chemical and physical is that ones chemical and ones physical!!
A change of state is a physical change while a chemical change is not
Physical change is homogeneous and vise versa for change (heterogenous)
physical change is a change in matter in which no new substance is formed Chemical change is a change in matter in which new substance is formed
the difference between a physical change and a chemical change is that a physical change is usually reversible whilst a chemical change is not reversible.

what is the difference between a physical change and a physical property
A change of state is a physical change while a chemical change is not
Physical change is homogeneous and vise versa for change (heterogenous)
Physical change, changes the appearance or the surface. Chemical change, changes the minerals inside the object. Physical deals with the appearance and the surface. Chemical changes the structure of the minerals inside the object.
A chemical change is when the chemical properties of a substance changes and a physical change is when the chemical properties stay the same but the physical properties (shape, temperature etc...)
