The hypothetical (since it has not yet been observed) messenger particle for gravity is called the graviton.

Whilst the particle has never been seen before we do know a few things about it on theoretical grounds:

-We know the graviton is massless because the range of gravity is infinite and follows an inverse square law. Also the influence of gravity travels at the speed of light and only massless particles are allowed to travel at the speed of light.

-We know the graviton couples to every other particle. This is true simply because it couples to energy (or more specifically to representations of the Lorentz group) and every particles carries energy.

-We know a graviton couples to itself, this is because of the non-linearity of gravity, and the group structure of the Lorentz group (which governs gravity).

-We know the graviton is a spin-2 particle because gravity arises from local Lorentz invariance of the Universe (this one is a bit technical) which requires a tensor gauge current.

What is the force that pulls all objects to the earth?

GRAVITY... 2nd answer: The force that pulls all objects toward each other is gravity. The earth exerts the force of gravity on you, and you exert the force of gravity on the earth ( or your couch, dog, etc). We notice Earth's force of gravity because it is huge compared with the force of gravity of our bodies .... or the force of gravity of our bowling balls, and so forth.

What is the difference between force of gravity and gravity?

By Gravity we mean the energy of Gravity E= - mGM/r = -mu/r. Force is the first derivative of energy so the force of Gravity is dE/dr = mu/r^2. Force is the first derivative for all kinds of energy.

What is the force force of gravity called?

The force of gravity is called weight. It is the force exerted on an object due to gravity pulling it towards the center of the Earth.

What is the the force of Pluto's gravity?

Pluto's force of gravity is equal to 0.58m/s2, whereas the force of gravity on Earth is 9.81m/s2. Thus, the gravity on Pluto is about 6% that of the gravity on Earth.
