Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is IMMENSELY helpful (along with medication). Some ppl choose to stop meds alltogether after getting therapy. The therapy gets you to see where your 'incorrect thinking' is, and tried to correct those incorrect thoughts which are probably causing your issues in the first place.

Sugeestion to start: Workbook called "MIND OVER MOOD: Change how you feel by changing the way you think.". You'll thank me for it :)
