Biblical Hebrew
The Bible was originally written in three main languages: Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek. The Old Testament (or Hebrew Bible) is primarily in Hebrew, with some portions in Aramaic. The New Testament was written in Greek, specifically Koine Greek, which was the common language of the Eastern Mediterranean during the time of its composition.

It does not say anywhere specifically that the bible was written on three continents, but we know that the some of the Pentateuch was written in Africa. The rest of the Old Testament, and most of the New Testament were written in different parts of Asia. Also some of Paul's epistles were written from Rome, which is in Europe. So that is why we say that the Bible was written on three continents.

Most of the books of the Hebrew Bible were written in Hebrew (עברית), with the exception of the books of Daniel and Ezra which were written in Jewish Aramaic (ארמית), a language very closely related to Hebrew. The books of the New Testament were written entirely in Koine Greek (Ελληνιστική Κοινή).
