What time does Disney World open?

The Walt Disney World Resort is always open. Each attraction within the resort (four theme parks, two water parks, and a shopping district) has its own operating hours based on day and season. Always check the park hours before your visit.

Magic Kingdom

• Opens between 8AM and 9AM
• Closes between 7PM (special events) and 1AM

Epcot

• Opens between 9AM (Future World) and 11AM (World Showcase)
• Closes between 9PM and 10PM

Disney's Hollywood Studios

• Opens at 9AM
• Closes between 7PM and 12AM

Disney's Animal Kingdom

• Opens at 9AM
• Closes between 5PM and 8PM

Typhoon Lagoon

• Opens between 9AM and 10AM
• Closes between 5PM and 8PM

Blizzard Beach

• Opens between 9AM and 10AM
• Closes between 5PM and 8PM

Downtown Disney Area

• Opens at 9AM (Marketplace) and 10:30AM (Pleasure Island and West Side)
• Closes at 11PM

Barring things like natural disasters, Walt Disney World is open every day of the year.

In fact in its almost 50 year history, Walt Disney World has only been closed six times due to hurricanes.

If you have a hotel on the Amusement park, the Epcot opens at 9:00 AM but if you have a hotel by the Amusement park, ( not on the site BY it ) then Epcot opens at 11:00 AM.
