Before Halo 1 it the first and last.
As of the time of typing the Halo series has had the following games Halo: Combat Evolved Halo 2 Halo 3 Halo Wars Halo 3 ODST Halo Reach Halo 4
Yes because it is almost the very beginning of the halo series. It would help to have halo: combat evolved because the events of Halo Reach takes place 20 years prior to the events of halo: combat evolved. the first halo stems right off of Halo Reach. By itself it is a fantastic game
Yes, Reach recently came out and the series will not end for a long time because it is so popular a lot of money will be spent on Halo games so it would be stupid to not continue it.
The halo time line goes Halo Wars, Halo: Reach, Halo:CE (halo 1), Halo 2, Halo: ODST, Halo 3. Halo 3 and ODST are practically at the same time.
Halo: Reach would be my personal reccomendation to buy. The campaign is just the start. You will NEVER get bored of Halo: Reach, it is one of the best games of all time.
Halo: Reach covers a lot of years, because it details the origins of the SPARTANs. If you want an accurate time stamp on the year that Halo: Reach takes place, I suggest you refer to Chapter One in Eric Nylund's similarly titled book calledHalo: The Fall of Reach. Halo: Reach covers the same time span as The Fall of Reach, so you should get an accurate reading.
Well actually in Halo: Reach at the end you see that they moved him into a diffrent ship but never un-freeze him. and at the very end you see the ship him and cortana were in at the end of halo 3 crash landed on reach. Hey, actually at the very end of Reach they show Master Chief and Cortana but not were they were in halo 3. When you see him,hes is frozen at the time of Halo 1 not Halo reach. This can be very confusing, I know. Remember, Reach is a prequal to Halo 1.( Halo Reach happened before Halo 1 but not made before.) =P
It should be coming out around the time when Halo Reach comes out: September 14, 2010! The new Red & Blue Spartan Battle packs are out now with 2 new Cloaked Elites!
Halo Reach comes out September 14, 2010 for North America and September 15, 2010 for the rest of the world.
