The space station travels from west to east across the Southwestern sky at considerable speed and therefore would not be "in" a time zone. However the ISS onboard time is synchronised to GMT (also known as UTC or "Zulu")
Establishing time zones made it possible for everyone in the country to experience the sun being at the highest point in the sky and crossing the meridian at noon.

There is not an exact opening day in the summer of 2013 yet for the Sky Zone in Columbia, Maryland. According to their Facebook page if everything goes as planned they will be opening Labor Day weekend.

The sky screamer is 450ft tall vs formally know drop zone is 230ft. Sky screamer is the tallest.
At its highest point in the sky that it will reach at any time in the day. Highest in the southern sky if you're in the northern Hemisphere, and highest in the northern sky if you're in the southern Hemisphere. (Ambiguous in the Tropic zone, depending on the time of year.)
A sky city is a place in Twilight princess (the best game ever.) You go to it after temple of time. You get the final shard of twilight there. After that you go to the twilight zone.
Sky zone has locations in the US, Canada, Australia, and Mexico.Each Sky zone franchise sets its own admission costs, so you should contact the Sky Zone you want to go to for their admission cost.
There is currently one SkyZone is Kansas City - located in Shawnee, Kansas. I am not familiar with definitive plans for another one.
