You'd have to get that info from Manchester Arrivals.
No airline flies the Airbus A380 to Manchester airport at present. Qantas fly from Sydney to London via Singapore, which takes approx 23 hours including turnaround in Singapore.
Yes, although there are no regular services using the A380 currently from the airport.
Yes.
No, except in an emergancey
Virgin Atlantic are not expecting their first A380 until 2013 however it is unlikely it will operate from Manchester or Orlando. A380 infrastructure exists at London Heathrow and airlines are only likely to use their A380's on very high demand routes. As such it is unlikely A380 will ever (in the foreseeable future) fly our of Manchester or Orlando. British Airways will be the first UK carrier to receive an A380 (currently forecast for 2012). Currently only three carriers being Qantas, Singapore and Emirates fly the A380 and they all fly selected routes out of London Heathrow. Air France will become the forth carrier in November 09 although their flights will initially be from Paris to New York JFK. See the related link below for complete listing of all routes and schedules flown by the A380 plus flight number to look for if booking a trip. Includes schedules and routes for Qantas, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, and Air France (from Nov09).
They are currently doing building work, ie: Larger Departure gate, wider taxiways and a large stand. There will be a regular A380 flight with Emirates in 2010 once the work is completed.

A property authority is one that usually controls such things as land registry, land sales, and property rentals. The property authority in Manchester is the Manchester City Council.
That model does not exist. The only model of the A380 is the A380-800.

At the time of answering this question (in August 2013), there has just been one A380 delivery to British Airways.
