Barbara the cop can be found in El Quebrados, a town on the Las Venturas island part of San Andreas (North West). She is at the police station there, in the car park outside.
She likes CJ to have high sex appeal and high body fat content, and even though she is a cop, she won't bother about him committing crimes.
You can usually find Barbara at these times:
Midnight to 0.600
and
16.00 hrs to midnight
Barbara likes to go out to eat, driving and dancing.
CJ should be able to "have coffee" with Barbara when his relationship with her stands at 60%.
Special Abilities:
For dating Barbara, CJ will have the benefit of get out jail free if arrested, and he will keep all his weapons. At 50% of their relationship he will get the keys to her cop type Ranger. At 100% of their relationship, he will get a standard cop outfit.
