There is not a certain time but when it becomes dusky you turn them on.
30 minutes before the sun goes down
By at least some of the Sate laws one hour before sunset.
Once you have turned on the head lights, pull the switch towards you twice. The first time that you pull it will turn on the rear fogs, the second should be the driving lamps.
you can have your car lights on at any time but you do not have to have them on
Yes they should , they stay on all the time , while the ignition is on all the best Fester
you didnt specify year, but its time delayed electronically. Assuming they do eventually turn off, all is well. It's 1995 Cadillac Concours the interior lights, and head lights go out when I cut the car off but the dashboard lights stay on.
The alternator is probably getting weak and not charging as much as it should. The belt could be loose and slipping some.
1997 dodge ram 1500 tried head light switch did not work.head lights and running lights do not work at the same time.
I've just noticed mine does the same, where the time and mileage is shown it stays lit
Either your rheostat is turned on or you may have a bad door switch.
It is called the blackout
I don't have one at the time but the horn themselve are located in front of the radiator. The low note is behind the head lights and the high note horn is mounted on the frame in between the head lights. Plus this location should be approximetely the same for a 78'.
