How beautiful would it be to watch lunar eclipse closer from moon?
If your on the moon it wouldn't be a lunar eclipse because the earth would between you and the sun so I giuss it would be more like a solar eclipse

Unlike solar eclipses why are lunar eclipses safe to watch?
During a solar eclipse, one looks towards the Sun, and without proper protection eye damage can be caused. During a lunar eclipse, one looks at the Moon, which is significantly less bright than the Sun.
Why is it dangerous to look directly at the moon during a solar eclipse but not during lunar eclipse?
During a lunar eclipse the earth is between the sun and the moon, casting a shadow over the moon. So while you are watching the eclipse there is no danger of accidentally looking directly at the sun. During a solar eclipse the moon passes between the earth and the sun so the moon partially blocks out light from the sun. Thus to watch a solar eclipse requires looking directly at the sun which is very dangerous for the naked eye. So to avoid the risk of serious damage to the eye, you should only observe a solar eclipse using an indirect method.

Anyone on the correct side of the Earth can see a lunar eclipse as long as they are where the sky is clear, they don't fall asleep, they are not blind, they look in the right direction, and there are no mountains, trees, buildings or other stuff blocking the view.If you can watch the eclipse, it will always be night at the time you watch it. This is because the Sun will always be precisely opposite to the Moon during a lunar eclipse - otherwise there would be no eclipse. And because the Moon has to be above the horizon to be watched, the Sun will have to be below the horizon.In other words: If it is night where you are at the time of a lunar eclipse, you will be able to see it (given the reservations above). And if it is day where you are during a lunar eclipse, you won't be able to see it (this is not because the Sun is too bright, but because the Moon is below the horizon).

Yes, both. In the case of solar eclipses, care must be taken, not to look directly at the Sun - and especially not through a telescope! If you have a telescope, you can project the Sun's image onto a piece of paper, and watch it there.
