It's simple, just refill the food bowl once she has finished EVERTHING!!! Just give her a little extra for more nutrients. There is no specific time you should feed her.
Does should be fed twice a day. They should be given their ration (check with the ARBA to see what ration is right for your breed.) 6 to 8 ounces for Rex and Satins. If your doe has eaten all of the pellets when you come to feed in the evening give her 6 ounces more. If not give her 3 or 4 ounces to make it thru to morning feeding.
no, grass has little nutritional value. its better to feed them alfalfa or rabbit food.
i have a 12.5 pound french lop eared rabbit. He eats about 1 1/3 cup of rabbit feed each night. And a little bit of parsley through the day. You can feed your rabbit a little over a cup every day at the same time, or feed him/her half in the morning and the remaining at night. BUT be sure to stay with the feeding routine. If you feed your rabbit all his/her food at the same time, remember what time you fed your rabbit and feed him/her that same time the next day.
give your rabbit time, shes gonna have her bunnies soon
They should, with Mom's help go immediately after stimulation.
Put a sign on its cage that you will see every time you go to hold your rabbit.
Does should not be bred until they are at least 6 months old... it is dangerous for her to be bred so young! In time she will be able to breed and be pregnant in no time . Please separate your bunnies and further research this. www.rabbit.org
A rabbit is fairly easy to get pregnant. They are not picky and will allow almost any buck to mount them. It is around 3/5s of the time that a doe becomes pregnant after visiting a buck. I hope this is what you wanted!
She should be 6 months old and above. She'd probably be pregnant for 28-32 days.
once you've bred the rabbit twice the should stay out until the next time you breed the rabbit once you've bred the rabbit twice the should stay out until the next time you breed the rabbit once you've bred the rabbit twice the should stay out until the next time you breed the rabbit
If your rabbit has had a large litter of babies and is taking good care of them there is nothing to worry about. Having a large litter will not harm a healthy mother rabbit, just make sure she has plenty of good quality food, lots of hay and water to keep her fit and well to feed the babies. If you mean she has had many litters of babies over a few years then it is time to have her spayed. If she is living with a male rabbit who is unfixed you need to separate them before she becomes pregnant again.
28 - 32 days but they can be as late as 35days
A mother rabbit can have two litters of bunnies at the same time I would suggest removing the father from the cage to prevent that from happening
