Father Time first appeared in "Young Allies Comics" #1 in 1941, created by writer Otto Binder and artist Frank Giacoia. He is a superhero residing in the Marvel Comics universe known for his time-related powers and abilities.
"Superhero" is a relatively recent coinage. The ancient Greeks considered the mythological Herakles both a hero and a demigod, but didn't really have a word for "superhero". Both DC and Marvel have a character named "Hercules." Both of them would probably qualify (the DC one was apparently at least somewhat villainous in his backstory, but had reformed by the time stories about him started).
According to an article from the Eugene Register-Guard dated August 31, 1975, actor and ex-boxer John Davey had a wife and son at the time he was offered the role of Captain Marvel. He appeared as the superhero in the television show Shazam! which ran for three years on CBS.

It would be challenging to definitively determine the most recent superhero created, as new superheroes are being created all the time by various writers and artists in the comic book industry. However, some more recent superheroes include characters like Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel), Miles Morales (Spider-Man), and Riri Williams (Ironheart).
The MCU (Or Marvel Cinimatic Universe) Is AMAZING! We all have opinions though, In Marvel films there is a lot of fighting, it is based on superheros from Marvel Comic books after all. I believe most marvel films are for 15+ but your parents can decide when it is a good time to start watching Marvel because there is bad language, blood and fighting. There are many Marvel films including: Avengers, GOTG (Gardians Of The Galaxy), Thor Ragnarok, Spider Man, Iron Man, and much much more! Marvel are one of the best studios to create films and have been for a long time. Marvel is on disney + aswell, and Netfilx. Marvel films can usually last up to 3/4 hours but most of them stick to 1/2 hours. I hope this helped! ^^
Superman is considered to be the first comic book superhero, created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster in 1938. Superman made his debut in "Action Comics" #1, marking the beginning of the superhero genre in comic books.
SPIDERMAN!!!!
No, not at the time.
Probably the Hulk, Marvel Comics. He has shown over time to have an even faster healing factor than Wolverine of the X-Men. He has been shown to grow new organs with in seconds. And even heal to the point of coming back from the dead.
