well if you start with gentle pressure pushing on the anus, then very slowly and using lube to lubricate your finger push it gently into the anus stop for a moment once you get inside as it may hurt slightly. Then when you are in use you fingertip to gently stroke and push on the walls of the anus being careful not to push too hard.
