If it is a newborn baby bunny then check to see if it is cold or warm. If it is cold leave it thee for about an hour and if the temperature has stayed or dropped more than likely it is dead... Hope this helps!
A rabbit that isn't moving must be severely sick and must be brought to a vet immediately or else it may die. Any number of things could cause a rabbit to stop moving: it could be as severe as paralysis, or as mild as a gas attack (however, a gas attack can lead to GI stasis and death; if you don't know how to treat gas in rabbits at home, take it to a vet immediately).
Your rabbit has probably gone into shock. Baths can be extremely stressful for rabbits, and stress can cause rabbits to panic and injure themselves, or to go into shock.
If your rabbit is in shock, stop what you're doing immediately, and calmly and gently return her to her cage. She may immediately snap out of it. If she does, that means she's pretty much okay. Make sure she doesn't get cold (if she's wet, the air should be warm and still - no cool breezes). Let her recover, but keep a close eye on her for the next couple days. If she doesn't snap out of it right away, then she is in physical shock and needs to see a veterinarian immediately or else she will probably die.
Baths aren't necessary for rabbits, because they wash themselves. Rabbits require some grooming, like fur brushing, and nail clipping, but not baths.
If your rabbit is messy and needs a bath, that means something is wrong and the rabbit is sick. You should bring your bunny to a "rabbit-savvy" vet for a physical exam.
