Well you can not change your age because your age does not change. You could open a new account, but if you are under 18 you would still need someone to have the master account an address and a email address
You can play any Playstation One game without the use of a memory card. However, you will not be able to save your game. This goes for playing PSOne games on both the Playstation, Playstation 2, or a PSOne Classic on a PSP. (Though chances are since PSOne Classics can only be purchased over Playstation Network that you already have a memory stick to save onto.) If playing a PSOne Classic on a Playstation 3, you can save straight to the console's hard disc.
