• If you are under age then your mom and dad would get visitations right to you. You may spend some weekends or some holidays with your dad and then some with your mother. If there was a problem and either your mom or dad got sole custody of you (meaning that the parent who has sole custody can dictate with the other sees you) then that is a different. You have a right to sit down with your mum and dad and ask them questions of what is to become of you now that they are divorced. If you are not a minor then you should visit both parents separately if possible and if you get along with each one of them.
