If you took your pill earlier, there is no additional risk of pregnancy. If you're on the combination pill you can take your next pill at the usual time or the new early time. If you're on the progestin only pill, take your next pill within three hours of the time you took today's pill.
No harm done. Just continue taking one pill per day. Your next pack will start a day earlier than usual, and that will be your new pill start day.
This is fine. It wont have the effect of missing the pill because you didnt miss a pill, you just took one pill 6 hours earlier than usual for you. Try to stay nearer the time for your medication but you are protected still against pregnancy.
Start your new pack a day earlier so that you don't go more than seven days without an active pill.
route She took a new route to work today and arrived about 10 minutes earlier than usual.
You have two choices. YOu can continue the pack you started accidentally, or you can take a break of no longer than seven days to have a withdrawal bleed. If you do the latter, just start the pack after that a day earlier than scheduled, so that you don't go more than seven days without an active pill.
If you're in the middle of your cycle and you took a pill early, then maybe you doubled up one day and will run out of pills a day earlier. In that case, make sure you start your next pack a day earlier as well, so you don't go more then seven days without an active pill. On the other hand, if you're in the middle of your cycle, and your pill colors change each week, and you took a different color than you were supposed to one day, there is no cause for concern. Again, just make sure you didn't go more than seven days for the pill free interval. If you're having a hard time deciding which case applies to you, contact your prescriber or pharmacist for advice specific to your situation.
If "earlier" means a few minutes earlier, it's probably not an issue. You'll probably have a slightly higher blood concentration of the active ingredient than the nominal intended value, which shouldn't be a real concern in any event... switching to a significantly later time would be more of a problem.
If you were making up for a missed pill, consider using a back up method of birth control for the next seven days. If you did it by accident, continue taking one pill per day. You will finish your active pills a day earlier than scheduled. Start the next pack a day earlier than originally scheduled so that your placebo week is no longer than seven days.
Yes. If you take a pill more than 12 hours late you have an increased risk of pregnancy. If this is the case I suggest the morning after pill to be safe :)
No, but you should start your next pack 2 days earlier so you don't go more than 7 days without a pill; otherwise, you'll be at risk for pregnancy starting 7 days after the last pill you took.
The disembarkation of the passengers took more time than usual.
The nurse asked the patient to take his pill.I don't want to swallow the pill.
