Is there anything small that you can do if your girlfriend is possibly pregnant and she is 14 and there is no way to get to any type of clinic?

Yes, first you can go to your local drug store and get a pregnancy test and see if she is pregnant. EPT, Early Pregnancy Test is a good pregnancy test to get. You can take that test as early as the first day of your missed period. Now there is also an over the counter pill your girl friend can take which is called the morning after pill which is also sold at a Drug store such as CVS and Walgreens where if your girlfriend takes the morning after pill within 24 to 72 hours after she thinks she concieved then that will cease the pregnancy.

When is the first sign of pregnancy occur after intercourse?

Usually the first sign of pregnancy is a missed period. This would be about two weeks after intercourse, if you had intercourse mid-cycle when you're most fertile. The next signs for most women are breast tenderness and nausea/vomiting, usually about two weeks after your period was due. Not everyone experiences morning sickness, though.
