If it's a wireless controller, check the batteries, try new batteries. Or maybe the controller is not set to your Xbox 360, press the little round button near the memory card slots, and then press the really small button on the top of the wireless cotroller.
If you mean the old xbox or non-wireless cotrollers then I don't know

∙ 10y agoMaybe try putting new batteries into it. Or if it's a rechargable pack try plugging the charger cable into one of the XBox 360's USB ports and then connecting it to the controller.
