Count all the cars that go by. Especially, if you are driving... Read a book, play gameboy, psp, ds, play on laptop, talk on a cell phone or text, sleep, play car games such as: the alphabet game you try and find all the letters of the Alphabet outside your car and in order, or You start with choosing a category and one person starts with, lets say food is our category, A apples, then the next person would say A apples, b Bananas, or whatever word in that category they want to say and you go all the way to z saying each one then adding in order, first one to mess up looses. Listen to your iPod.. ect.... that is if your not driving.
