Once your inside Dotted Hole fall down the first hole that appears and you will appear in a room with four holes one on each side of the screen. In order to reach the Sapphire you must fall down the holes in the following order: Up, Left, Right, Down. After falling down the last hole you will be inside the room with the Sapphire press A to collect it but it should get stolen from you now you must go to Five Island and go inside the Rocket Warehouse to get the Sapphire back from the thief.
