You could play games, watch television together, sit by the fire (if it is cold enough), eat cookies and milk, read a Christmas story, or other things. Just do something together. Also, some families like to allow the kids to open one or two presents on Christmas Eve.
It depends. It's really up to the family, my family never open presents on Christmas Eve but I have a friend whose family open half on Christmas Eve and half on Christmas Day. it all depends on you and your family, really. There is no right or wrong answer.
This Christmas.
The best day to have a Christmas party, if its between Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, is definitely Christmas Eve - you can have it in the evening then, and it's more enjoyable, more will come. On Christmas Day, most people are with family, or opening presents, and if it'll be in the evening, Christmas might even be forgotten. Most people would want to spend the day with family/presents. Christmas Eve is much better!
No, Santa comes on Christmas Eve, which is the night before Christmas Day.Sometimes Santa will work it out with families to visit the night before christmas eve, if the family isn't going to be home on the days following.
No, some people open their presents on Christmas Day, some on Christmas Eve.
I believe it is on Christmas Eve :) That's what my friend and her family do, anyway.
Friends and family.
Some people open one gift on Christmas Eve and some don't. Whatever your family does is what you need to do.
Personally I attend a family meal on Christmas Eve, this year it will take place at 5pm.
Christmas eve is not a holiday on Christmas is a holiday so Christmas Eve is the day before Christmas you can't celebrate Christmas eve its not a holiday
Technically, there's an eve of any day, since it just means the day before. I've heard mention of a tradition called Tipp's Eve, which is basically a family celebration on the day before Christmas Eve.
Tell Christmas stories about your past and eat Christmas cookies with the family
